Bespoke Trading Pty Ltd was created by Emma Heng. I am a graduate and Mother of two who wanted to help bring income in to support my family. I started a business to import and sell specialty Teas from China. The initial set up process of selling tea involved costs including making packaging, but as an unemployed, stay-home Mum I couldn’t meet the large order quantities and the high cost of per items from the local packaging suppliers. One of the suppliers said to me: “You better get them made overseas; we don’t deal with such small quantities!”. From then, I had the idea to start a sourcing company myself. There are 2.1 million small business’ in Australia who are facing the same problems as me. I have professional knowledge of procurement and my culture background helps understand how Chinese suppliers operate, especially with foreign businesses. Since our inception we have helped with a lot of SMEs source, develop and purchase their own and existing brands for import to Australia. We also assist our customers from concept stage in creating their own design through to manufacture and importation. As a flow-on effect of our sourcing service helping our customers save from 30%-80% on their product costs, their businesses have seen rapid growth. Due to demand from our customers, we expanded our service from sourcing to logistics, Customs clearance, warehousing and work-fulfillment. Our team will help you handle all the paperwork for Customs clearance, and you can use our logistics team to get a bulk discount rate. We have a warehouse conveniently located in Sydney’s South West where we can store your products and pick and pack from there. We have 99.7% on time shipping rate and 0.0017% error rate. Bespoke Trading Pty Ltd also has our own warehouse located in Beijing China to benefit our customers with high volume production runs and inexpensive warehousing to suit their import needs. As a Woman, Mother and Founding CEO of Bespoke Trading Pty Ltd, my aim is to help other SMEs (Small and Medium businesses) to operate like a larger corporation and save money. By providing jobs to schools Mums and fresh graduates help them to get back into work force. I am also passionate about helping grow fair trading, quality and community focused businesses in China.
